Calypso is a 2003 Premarin Colt who is coming up on his first birthday. Calypso was to have been adopted, however he has grown larger than his potential adopter was hoping for and larger than she can handle. If we had to guess this sweet, handsome colt will mature to 16 to 17 hands. This is only a guess, and not a guarantee. Calypso is a Thoroughbred/Percheron cross. He is currently black with a very light undercoat. He will either gray out or he could be a Blue Roan? He has a very sweet disposition, and he is a very nicer mover. He is haltered and has been taught to lead. He stands to be groomed and is good with his feet. He has been trimmed twice by the farrier and on both occasions was very good. He is very good with the veterinarian and is current on his coggins and shots. He received them last fall and he is due to have them again this spring. He is very good with other horses in the pasture as well. He is not aggressive, but does like to play.
