Greentube finalizes purchase of 80% of Ineor's shares

Greentube, a leading supplier and developer of games and gaming solutions for flash internet games without downloads, iTV and mobile delivery based in Austria, has publicly announced that it has completed the purchase of 80% of the shares of one of the leading Slovenia-based software development companies, Ineor.

Main purpose of the purchase:

The main reason for this purchase was Greentube’s aim to acquire and integrate important software development capacities and assets to strengthen its own offering around the world.

But that’s not all; since Ineor is already a technology partner of Greentube and with its help, the company has been able to advance software development, this acquisition will also bring Greentube the latest online gaming and sports wagering technology to its offering.

Commenting on the acquisition, Michael Bauer, CFO/CGO at Greentube, said: “This acquisition is a fantastic one as we continue to bolster our technology platform in what will be a very big year for us strategically. Ineor has been a highly valued partner for a number of years and it’s great to be able to harness its resources in-house.

“Having recently launched Greentube Mynt as well as making other significant moves in the M&A space, we are well-positioned to accelerate our growth throughout 2023 across regulated markets worldwide.”

Dejan Spasovski, founder of Ineor, added: “For over a decade, Ineor regularly delivered Greentube’s and Novomatic ’s key strategic solutions, together building our amazing, role model partnership – and now achieving this important milestone for us all.

By constantly technically challenging us, Greentube uplifted Ineor to become a world leading gaming software development company, always staying at least a step ahead and delivering on time, on budget and with zero bugs.

We are excited to have become a part of the Greentube family through this acquisition, which will allow us to continue to power one of the online gaming world’s biggest companies by providing amazing solutions for all operators and players globally.”

This latest purchase comes after three other similar deals that have ensured Greentube is unmatched in technology and creativity.

Examples of these deals are: the recent purchase of Alteatec’s 65% shares, which powered Greentube’s casino management system and platform technology, and a partnership with fast-growing studio Flamingocatz to debut a joint company that will contribute to the development of fresh, cutting-edge content for North American regulated markets.

However, even before these deals, there was a purchase agreement with Present Creative, a renowned US-based development studio which was engaged in its own content development for the iGaming and iLottery sections.

Greentube Mynt:

All these deals happened because Greentube proved to be a worthy partner who can offer the latest technology and help all these companies become globally known.

But what really sealed these deals was Greentube’s constant technological development. An example of this is that not even the first month has passed since the beginning of this new year, and the provider has already introduced its innovative latest technological tool for creating and providing games, Greentube Mynt.

Powered by a non-traditional Remote Gaming Server (RGS), Greentube Mynt represents the future of the iGaming industry and the base for a next-level iGaming experience for players.
