Hard Rock International Enhances Guest Experience with QCI

This platform enables the gaming behemoths to take control over player development, gaming, and marketing, and enhance these key verticals with real-time operational tools that are specifically tailored to meet the business needs of the gaming industry.

Building Data-Led Custom Experiences for Guests

The rollout will encompass properties in Canada and the United States, as well as Punta Cana. This new tie-up will allow Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming to significantly improve their guest experiences and leverage a new technological product built for the purpose.

In welcoming the news, VP of gaming operations for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, Dan Ingster, said that he was very happy to see the QCI Enterprise Platform rollout take place. He hailed the new addition and said that the platform would allow Hard Rock properties to exceed the entertainment experience expectations for the company’s guests across its fleet of global venues. Ingster added:

The QCI platform’s integration of market basket analytics combined with player development and marketing tooling empowers team members across the enterprise to engage with guests in new, powerful ways.

Commenting on the opportunity, QCI CEO Dr Ralph Thomas seemed to be of a similar mind insofar as the collaboration with Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming and their properties were concerned. The deployment, he argued, was proof of the scalability of the platform and how it benefits large organizaitons which are interested in significantly streamlining their inner processes and bringing greater value to customers.

QCI, Thomas explained, works based on hundreds of data tables that make it possible for the company to offer highly-customized solutions that are updated in real-time and seek to create the best value for customers. “We thank Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming team members for widely embracing the tool and enabling us to further build out our capabilities,” Thomas added.
