The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is in full swing in Las Vegas, and PokerNews hopes you are enjoying our live updates from the bracelet-awarding events. There are still a couple of weeks of the 2023 WSOP remaining, but when it ends, you do not have long to wait for yet more WSOP action.
The WSOP is staging the largest live WSOP Circuit event in its long history, and has chosen London as the city to host it. From July 27 through August 13, the WSOP Super Circuit London festival calls the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel home. Before all of the tables, chips, and playing cards are packed securely away, 15 players will have captured 15 gold WSOP Circuit rings, and hundreds more will have walked away with a share of the £7 million+ worth of guaranteed prize pools! It will be massive.
Everything kicks off on July 27 with the £560 buy-in £1 million guaranteed Mystery Million, a mystery bounty event that features nine starting flights. Mystery bounty tournaments have captured the poker community’s imagination, and this one is huge so should attract players in droves.
Ready To Play for a Share of £3 Million?
The festival boasts two Main Events. The first runs from August 4-8, costs £1,100 to enter, and guarantees £1,000,000.
A Super Circuit Main Event is scheduled for August 8-13. It commands a heftier £3,300 buy-in, but for that princely sum, you get to play for a share of a guaranteed £3 million!
Throw into the mix events such as the £2,200 buy-in £250,000 guaranteed High Roller, a £5,300 buy-in £500,000 guaranteed High Roller, a £10,400 buy-in £500,000 guaranteed Super High Roller, plus PLO and PLO8 events among others, and you have all the ingredients for an incredible festival.
