Highlights
of the Year
One
of the great high-lights of this past year was having
the opportunity to ride two of the very first
Premarin foals that we rescued from the auctions in
Canada. This past fall my partner in E.P.O.N.A. Mary,
and I took the opportunity to saddle up Journey and
Mr. C and take them out on the trail together for the
very first time. Just turning four we started
these two under saddle earlier in the summer but
never rode them together. It was a great joy for Mary
and I to have ridden two of our very first rescues
together.

These two have been
adopted by members of E.P.O.N.A. and frequent events
that we participate in, to promote the quality of
Premarin foals and to help educate the public of the
fact that thousands of foals like these go to
slaughter every year.
