Volunteer of
the year 2003
We are
very fortunate at E.P.O.N.A. to have the benefit of great, caring
and Compassionate volunteers. The success of E.P.O.N.A. can only be
attributed to the wonderful volunteers that give and care so much.
Without you E.P.O.N.A. would not be able to provide the care and the
programs that we offer to horses in need. We value each and everyone
of you. Every year a volunteer is chosen as our volunteer of the
year. It is a very difficult task because we have such a great group
of volunteers. This year's recipient is a gentleman who has given so
much, at a time when so much was needed. He has given endless hours
of his time, energy and even monetarily. Whether it was mucking
stalls, cooking at the trailrides or building our five run in sheds
he has been there diligently devoting his time, resources and
energies to E.P.O.N.A.
We are
extremely proud to honor Rick Wachter as our E.P.O.N.A. Volunteer of
the Year 2003. Congratulations
Rick and thanks so much on behalf of the horses and all of us here
at E.P.O.N.A.

it was
cooking
entertaining
mucking stalls
or

Congratulations
to our wonderful Volunteers of the Month club!
The following
volunteers have been chosen as our volunteer of the
month for their exemplary service and dedication
that they have exhibited to our cause. Thank you
to them, and to the many other volunteers
who we greatly appreciate and rely on as well.

Although
Stephanie Sturzo has been volunteering with
E.P.O.N.A. only a short while, she has become a
vital part of the E.P.O.N.A. program. Coming on
board at the worst time of year (late fall,
winter) when the weather makes rescue and farm
life more difficult. Stephanie has not wavered
from her dedication to the horses. She is truly
dedicated never missing a volunteer day, and
making herself available to help even when she
is not scheduled. Stephanie you are amazing the
way you give so much to E.P.O.N.A. and still
manage your family life as well. A special thank
you to husband Chris and the three children that
willingly share their time with you as
well. Thank you we truly appreciate
you !!!!!!

Rick
Wachter is one of those rare individuals whose
skills are endless and his generosity never
ending. Whether it is building run in sheds,
mending fences or playing chef he is a generous
man of many talents. Thank you Rick and
Congratulations on being chosen our Volunteer of
the month for July.
